Remote Location – Southwest and Rocky Mountain Region
Client is a construction and professional services company dedicated to decarbonizing and fortifying the built-environment. They serve both the private and public sectors with rehabilitating existing buildings and infrastructure, making them more efficient, resilient, safe, and sustainable.
Responsibilities
Provide overall strategy and approach for commissioning and M&V team.
Manage all existing commissioning and M&V projects.
Develop and implement strategy for growing owner-direct commissioning services.
Accountable for project specific commissioning plans, processes, and schedules, from the early stages of a project’s lifecycle through the verification/documentation of those requirements post-construction.
Qualifications
Knowledge of HVAC & controls, mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems
Degree in Engineering or equivalent field of study
Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) preferred
Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) preferred
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
