We’re looking for an inspirational and dynamic Sales Leader to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand our reach across Northern California’s public sector market.

As the Regional Sales Leader, you will be the driving force behind our Northern California growth strategy. You’ll lead a talented sales team, shape go-to-market plans, and personally engage with high-priority customers to secure transformative projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire – Build a culture of performance, trust, and accountability that attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop Market Strategy – Identify and prioritize high probability public sector accounts, aligning our solutions with customer priorities, political realities, and funding opportunities.
- Win Complex Deals – Guide your team through multi-stakeholder sales pursuits, from opportunity identification to contract signing.
- Grow Relationships – Serve as a trusted partner to public sector leaders across Northern California.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Track Record – 10+ years of consultative and/or complex sales experience, in a quota-driven sales environment, exceeding sales production targets; including sales leadership experience in the energy services, infrastructure, or related public sector markets, with a record of multi-million-dollar wins.
- Market Insight – Deep knowledge of Northern California’s public sector market, procurement processes, and political landscape.
- Communication Strength – Exceptional ability to connect with executive decision-makers, present compelling solutions, and negotiate effectively.
