Client provides professional energy advisory services to the commercial world including commodity procurement and risk management, demand-side management and sustainability strategies.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Energy Advisor. Candidate will have previous energy-related sales experience….intelligent and creative and have a passion for helping commercial businesses develop these energy management strategies. You must be a self-starter who is committed to delivering superior advice to companies that are faced with a variety of complex energy challenges.

Position Scope:

  • Prospecting/Lead Generation: You will identify and cultivate potential clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and leveraging networking opportunities. This is a HUNTING role.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their energy needs, risk tolerance, and identify the best way you can serve them.
  • Sales Presentations: You will compose and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of energy products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully address client concerns and objections, with the ultimate goal of closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Experience:

  • MUST have experience in the energy industry (retail gas or electricity, solar, demand response etc.)
  • Successful experience in B2B outside sales
  • An interest in identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Ambition, passion, teamwork, and grit
