Position overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of all contracted projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Talent goals for this role:

  • Four years of experience as a construction project manager
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu is preferred

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating and empowering team members to achieve project success
  • Implement and maintain effective project management processes and procedures to streamline operations and optimize project outcomes
  • Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication channels
  • Travel to construction jobsites to meet with project teams and perform onsite assessments
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve design conflicts
  • Develop project schedules and maintain target completion dates
  • Develop and adhere to budgets and quality control plans
