Scott Brownholtz is the President of Brownholtz & Associates where he manages the firm’s competitive energy practice. Since 1997, Scott has taken a disciplined approach to providing recruiting solutions and consulting services to clients in both the demand-side and supply-side energy management vertical markets. He actively addresses search and recruiting topics at conferences and forums throughout North America and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, DNV/KEMA, Retail Energy Foresight, Restructuring Today, Power Executive, Energy Choice Matters, Power Marketers Association and other industry media outlets. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Bulldog football program, serving as Captain. Scott completed his graduate degree in Counseling with a Career Development emphasis from Sacramento State University. He is a former Board member of Power Association of Northern California (PANC) and is an active member of the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO), Energy Services Coalition, Power Association of California, Association of Energy Engineers, and the American Water Works Association.

Cole is responsible for mission-critical research, sourcing and candidate-qualifying activities. Through a combination of intense listening skills and instinct, Cole has the ability to quickly connect the dots between candidate passion and client needs. His unique people skills…listen more, talk less…it works. Cole’s highly competitive approach comes from being a lifelong athlete, playing Division 1 football, and growing up in a recruiting family.

Calvin has been involved in some aspect of recruiting for much of his life. Calvin has the unique ability to quickly pinpoint and unlock candidate talent, and clients love his passion. Calvin understands how to find talent, but more importantly, he understands how to gauge, listen, and guide candidates to the appropriate opportunity. This takes patience and a high level of mental endurance. His leadership and discipline were built during his football journey at UTEP and playing in Europe
