Leading Energy Services Client is looking for a Rhode Island-based Business Developer who has experience selling complex Energy Efficiency Solutions to commercial/public sector end-users.  Primary responsibility will be to successfully sell Energy Services Agreements and Professional Service Agreements to public institutions including municipalities, school districts, and universities.  You will be responsible for executing a sales business plan and meeting annual performance objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Successful experience selling large, complex energy solution projects
  • Demonstrated experience in the energy retrofit market in Rhode Island
  • Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
  • Proven experience prospecting for opportunities
  • Proven Project/Proposal development
  • Experience in the financial sales process using energy savings
