Enterprise Sales Executive – Energy Management

Client is high-performing, private equity-backed facility management company dedicated to creating healthy, efficient commercial work environments. Our team provides deep and wide-ranging knowledge and experience in all aspects of building envelope, energy efficiency, lighting systems, and building controls.

Your primary focus will be on securing new Fortune 1000 business across a national footprint.  You will help organizations enhance and execute the client energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate opportunities, forecast accurately, and meet revenue and margin-based sales targets
  • Prospect and build relationships with new accounts
  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including initiating dialogue, qualifying, understanding needs, tailoring solutions, and executing mutual close plans
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline, updating and leveraging the CRM to operate efficiently


  • B2B outside sales experience, including demonstrated success selling to large enterprises in a national/named accounts model
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals of $1M+ and closing deals with average size $100,000+
  • Ability, confidence, and comfort communicating with and selling to the C-suite and other senior managers
  • Deep understanding of the Commercial Real Estate vertical and/or Fortune 1000 firms with large, multi-site national facility footprints
  • Specific experience selling to senior leadership at owners and operators of multifamily, retail, industrial, office, distribution and healthcare facilities


  • Experience selling energy efficiency, other energy-related services, or other large-scale capital projects
  • Finance or Real Estate background a plus
