Position Summary – We are searching for an experienced HVAC Project Sales Professional to call on CEO’s, building owners and upper level management. We target the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional markets with proactive, industry leading HVAC products and services that show our customers’ cost savings in their facility-operating budget. This position looks at the entire facility including lighting, energy management, and HVAC to develop a project scope encompassing a full service solution for the client.
Essential Duties – The critical success factor for this position is the ability to secure and maintain a number of key accounts by providing value through improving their business results. This is accomplished by a combination of tactics including improving productivity, reducing operating expenses, proposing innovative technical and process improvements delivered through superior customer service.
- This high profile, hands-on position requires a highly motivated, self-starter that is driven to succeed and wants to be the best in their field.
- Must have proven experience in the HVAC industry and a high level of sales proficiency.
- A thorough understanding of HVAC mechanical systems and how to proactively estimate, propose, and sell these systems using financial based selling techniques is required.
