Currently recruiting for a Federal Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to grow and develop a Federal Sales Team, Account Executives (AE). We are looking for a sales leader with experience in the energy services and/or performance contracting industry and direct management of sales individuals or teams. RSM will inherit several AE’s and hire several more.
The primary purpose of the RSM is to generate new Federal ESPC business by managing, hiring and developing a team. RSM must lead by assisting the AE’s in the development of Federal IDIQ/UESC contracts. RSM will report to and support National Director of Sales.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Work with senior management in the development of annual business plans
- Proven leadership – coach/mentor/grow
- Energy performance contracting experience
- Familiarity with engineering/building trades and/or mechanical aptitude preferred
