The ideal candidate has advanced experience selling to executive level individuals, preferably having sold energy or contracting services or enterprise software to public entities (Cities, Counties, School Districts, Higher Education, etc.) with a track-record of closing multi-million dollars annually.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities.
  • Experience as an individual contributor, ideally with an energy services or related organization, with responsibilities for identifying leads, closing sales, and providing oversight to a project implementation team required.
  • Enterprise Sales Training: Challenger Sales, Target Account Selling, Strategic Selling, SPIN Selling.
